Cindy Perritt - Chapter President
Cindy Perritt is the Human Resources Manager for Cassity Jones Companies. She has been with Cassity Jones Companies for 8 years in charge of all human resources and payroll for the company. Cindy earned her PHR and SHRM-CP in 2012. Prior to joining Cassity Jones, Cindy worked for 17 years as the office manager for The Psychology Clinic of Lake Charles, LA. Cindy grew up in southwest Louisiana and attended McNeese State University where she earned a BS in Office Administration.
Currently Cindy is serving as the president of the local SHRM Chapter, East Texas Human Resources Association. She enjoys running and keeping up with her 15 year old son Jackson.
Jennifer Fox - President Elect & Programs Director
Jennifer Fox, PHR, SHRM-CP has been a member of SHRM since 2011, and a member of NTSHRM in North Texas from 2013 to 2016. She joined ETHRA when her husband Michael J. Fox (yes, that’s his real name) relocated to East Texas from the D/FW area in 2016. She has been in HR since 1998 serving in various roles, primarily in Talent Acquisition since 2011. She is active with her church, serving in several positions. She has a passion for helping others find their professional and spiritual calling, and to see East Texas diversify its trade and industry base to ensure East Texans thrive in all economic circumstances. She will drop everything for a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Not even kidding.
Ashley Summers - Past Chapter President
Ashley Summers is the Sr. District Manager for Kelly Service’s Longview District, which encompasses Longview & Tyler, Texas, as well as Shreveport, Louisiana. Her district covers from Canton, TX to Monroe, LA and from Texarkana, TX to Lufkin, TX.

Heather is the Human Resources Coordinator at Sysco East Texas, a division of Sysco USA1 Inc., the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products. She has been with Sysco since 2008 and became a member of ETHRA in 2017. Heather is a very outgoing person and loves helping others. Her Human Resources experience includes employee relations, compensation, policy, and compliance administration. . She facilitates trust and builds strong rapport with others while communicating company cultures and values. Heather grew up in East Texas and has been married 17 years has 3 boys that are her world and keep her super busy.
Chris Wadsworth - Membership Director
Chris Wadsworth has over 20 years of Human Resources Executive experience with comprehensive human resources background including company startup, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and organizational development, benefits and compensation program design, policy and compliance administration.
Chris has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, electric utility, life science and distribution. He has successfully developed effective relationships with community leaders serving on several boards and advisory committees. Chris is currently the Vice President of Human Resources with Sysco East Texas, a division of Sysco USA1, Inc., the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products. Chris loves people development and has a passion for helping others discover the best version of themselves. “Every single one of us has the ability to be great!”
Priscilla Beckham - Events Coordinator
Priscilla Beckham is the Account Executive for Kelly Services in Longview, TX. Priscilla joined Kelly Services in 2017 shortly after she moved here to East Texas from Kansas City, MO. Priscilla started as the Senior Recruiter in the Longview office and was promoted to the Account Executive position a year later. Priscilla values business relationships and providing for her clients/customers. Her goal is to always provide great customer service, build relationships, partnerships and always strive to be the best she can be.
Priscilla enjoys traveling, being active in her church, physical fitness/weight lifting, sports (especially her favorite team- Kansas City Chiefs), concerts, but most of all spending time with her husband, Cody and their daughter.

April’s bio: April Barker, MHRD, PHR is the HR Specialist at KSA. April leads talent acquisition and employee onboarding and also provides general HR support. Recently dubbed the “Ambassador of Happiness” by KSA’s president, April takes great pride in bringing contagious joy and enthusiasm to work every day. April is living proof that you CAN be a people person and a data nerd. April graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and holds a Masters in Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Candace Pickenpaugh - Workforce Readiness Director
Candace is the District Recruiter for Farmers Insurance, Northeast Texas District. Her District runs from Lufkin to Mount Pleasant and from Gilmer to Carthage and she enjoys recruiting for new Agents as well as CSRs and Producers. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stephen F Austin Sate University and earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2019. She is excited to fill the role of Workforce Readiness Director on the ETHRA Board and work with community leaders in helping to prepare our current and future workforce for success.
Tanya Johnson - Diversity Director
As the Human Resources Director at KSA, Tanya leads her team as they focus on various strategic initiatives that support KSA’s most valuable resource: the people. A servant leader, Tanya strives to provide exceptional customer service to KSA’s employees and the communities KSA serves. Regularly labeled as a “people person,” Tanya truly enjoys watching people grow professionally and make a positive impact through the work they do. She also serves as the corporate and social responsibility liaison for KSA Cares, promoting numerous ways for each employee to take action in their community through volunteerism and giving. While she can be seen personally volunteering with several non-profit organizations, Tanya regularly gives back to her community using her “HR superpowers.” “I serve on the personnel committee for my church, assist with mock interviews for the participants of Heartisan’s Marketplace and I recently have had the pleasure of leading resume and interviewing prep courses for Graciously Broken Ministries*. Making a positive impact in the lives of women was a very clear direction placed on my heart in 2010 as one of the ways I was going to make a difference in this big world. It is a beautiful thing when your professional skills and experience align so perfectly with the needs of your community. It is truly a joy,” exclaims Tanya.
